To protect the rule of law when it is under attack, and advance enforceable rights for people and nature,
we invite people, NGOs, businesses and countries to sign a simple statement:
"At this crucial time for humanity, we, the undersigned people, NGOs, businesses and countries, reaffirm our support for the international rule of law, and an international judicial architecture, including National Courts, Regional Courts, an International Criminal Court, and an International Court of Justice, so that rights are genuinely enforceable in the courts of all countries."
What does it mean to sign?
Signing does not indicate support for a specific legal solution, rather, it shows support for the drafting and implementation of an international legal architecture for enforceable environmental and human rights in the courts of all countries.
How do I/we sign?
To sign with us and show your support for internationally enforceable laws protecting environmental and human rights, complete the form above.
